- Brow asymmetry or uneven positioning
- Temporary changes in forehead sensation (paresthesia)
- Rare injury to the frontal branch of the facial nerve
- Noticeable or unsightly scarring
- Loss of eyebrow hair near the incision (alopecia)
- Need for revision surgery
- Overcorrection of the brow position
- Temporary dryness of the eyes
